1. SaaS License & Authorized Use

Subject to these terms and subscription plan limits, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access RevenueOS for enterprise revenue intelligence and outreach execution within applicable laws.

2. Acceptable Use & AI Automation Policy

Users must comply with all communication regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) when executing automated outreach. You agree not to send spam or transmit unlawful materials using RevenueOS execution tools.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, proprietary algorithms, Buyer Intelligence Graph architecture, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive property of INFRALYTICA TECH SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED.
